Re-use in Buckinghamshire

Our aim is to increase re-use in Buckinghamshire and by doing this, decrease the emissions associated with recycling items. Of course we are aware, some items are long past their best and can no longer be re-used, however, there is still a vast majority being wasted that still have their best in them.
