Great British Spring Clean
Buckinghamshire Council supports individuals and groups who want to keep their local area clean by picking litter. The council supplies litter pickers, bags, and advises on how best to dispose of any litter picked waste (or even collect the waste bags after your litter pick). Every March the Council goes the extra mile to support local people and keep Bucks looking beautiful. This years campaign will run from 21 march - 6 April.
Keep Britain Tidy is celebrating the 10th Great British Spring Clean, now the nation’s biggest
mass action campaign. You can pledge your litter pick on the Keep Britain Tidy page.
You can also nominate a Local Litter Hero for the Great British Spring Clean Awards - to officially recognise and reward volunteers and partners taking part in the 2025 campaign (please submit an entry before May 31, 2025).
