Plant pot reuse scheme

We have been asked to collect plastic plant pots (of any size, colour) to help a project run by a local group: the Women’s Cultural Arena (CIC). They strive to bring together men and women from diverse cultures and different ethnic backgrounds for mutual recognition, support and celebration through events, artistic creativity, and education.

As well as a community fridge and allotment, the Women's Cultural Arena gift potted plants to the community, for them to grow, care for and harvest. They manage to gift approx 150 each year, which is where you come in. The plant pot(s) you donate will go to the Women's Cultural Arena and will be planted for someone in the community to take home and care for. The will make good use of any plant pot (larger than 5cm wide) in good condition.
