Terms and conditions
[1] No purchase necessary
[2] Entrants must be 16 years or older
[3] There will one question per day (Sun 22nd Sep to Thur 26th Sep), totalling five questions. A single winner will be drawn randomly from correct entries of all the questions. The maximum number of entries a single person can submit is five. The winner will receive a hamper of Zero Waste Products supplied by Fillable to the value of £100.
[4] No cash alternatives are available but we reserve the right to substitute the advertised prize for another of equal or greater value should the original become unavailable.
[5] Upon the draw, we reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours. Winners will be notified of their win through the Facebook account used to enter.
[6] Late entries will not be considered.
[7] The winner may be required for post event publicity.
[8] The Buckinghamshire Waste Partnership/Buckinghamshire Recycles reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the Buckinghamshire Waste Partnership/Buckinghamshire Recycles nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
[9] Employees of the Buckinghamshire Waste Partnership/Recycle for Buckinghamshire (Buckinghamshire County Council, Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks or Wycombe District Councils) or Biffa/Serco, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to win the prizes
[10] Entrants will only be contacted if they have won.
[11] By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
